Exchange/Return Form

Dear Customer,

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or receipt from the carrier) to exchange the goods, and 14 days to return them.

We recommend using the attached form to exchange or return the goods:

In case of exchange/return, send the goods that are unwashed, unworn, undamaged and unsoiled and ideally with a tag and in the original packaging to: eshop Musicwear.cz, náměstí Jana Zajíce 1, Vítkov 749 01, Czech Republic.

Do not forget to enclose a copy of the tax receipt. We may refuse to exchange the goods if they do not meet the above conditions.

We will inform you of the exchange/return of the goods within 30 days to the email you provided in your order.
